How to Play Head Collector VR on Desktop

In the Early Access version of Head Collector VR, the hack and slash components and some spells can be enjoyed without a VR headset. Our team is actively working on expanding the desktop version to include more features in the future. Below is the guide for playing in desktop mode.

Desktop Controls Guide

  • Open Player Menu: Press Esc.
  • Move: Use the W, A, S, D keys.
  • Turn Left/Right: Use Q (left) or E (right).
  • Run: Hold Left Shift to move faster.
  • Attack:
    • In third-person view: Use the Arrow Keys (Up, Down, Left, Right) or a combination of these keys for specific attacks (e.g., press Down for downward attacks, Left for left-side attacks).
    • In first-person view: Use left click for normal attack and right click for special attacks
  • Slow Motion: Press Enter.
  • First-Person View: Press F1 to switch to first-person view.
  • Third-Person View: Press F2 to switch to third-person view.
  • Spec Cam Mode: Press F3 to enable Spec Cam. Move the camera using T, F, G, H and the right mouse button.
  • Pause/Unpause: Press Space. The camera can still be moved using T, F, G, H and the right mouse button.
  • Cast Spells:
    • Numpad 1: Cast Fire Spell.
    • Numpad 2: Cast Ice Spell.
    • Numpad 3: Cast Poison Spell.
    • Numpad 5: Cast Time Stop Spell.
